Shipping policy

Method

Orders ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please allow 24 hours for processing.
Transit time is typically 2–3 business days via USPS*.

  • Flat Rate: $5.95 shipping on orders under $75

  • Free Shipping on orders $75+
    (Order total must be $75 or more after all discounts and coupons to qualify.)

Once orders have been accepted by USPS, PH8SES is no longer responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages. We recommend reaching out directly to USPS with your tracking number for assistance.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you choose to refuse a shipment from PH8SES.com, you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. These charges will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.


Delivery Claims

PH8SES is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for orders that show a confirmed delivery status. If your package is missing despite being marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, PH8SES reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. We do not change shipping addresses from the address that is on file at checkout and cannot guarantee order cancellation once placed. 
Additionally, PH8SES reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Forever Yanè also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
